The offer and sale of products on this website (www.sabaithaispa.com) are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. 1) Our business policy

1.1) Sabai Thai Sral conducts e-commerce and wholesale business to individuals (end consumers), companies and freelancers.

1.1) The General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than Sabai Thai Sral that are present on www.sabaithaispa.com through links, banners or other hypertext links. We advise you, before placing orders and purchasing products and services from parties other than Sabai Thai srl, to check their terms and conditions of sale, because Sabai Thaisrl, is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than Sabai Thai Srl or the conclusion of e-commerce transactions between users of www.sabaithaispa.com and third parties.


2) Products

2.1) Only original, high/first quality products are offered for sale on www.sabaithaispa.com. No used products are sold.

2.2) Products must be used in accordance with the instructions for use on the relevant packaging or in the enclosed instruction booklets and their characteristics.

2.3) No responsibility can be charged to Sabaithai srl for any damage to persons or property that may occur due to the incorrect use of the products or otherwise not in accordance with the instructions for use.

2.4) All information provided on the site for the description of brands, categories and individual products has been published with the utmost care for its correctness but remains to be understood as general information material. The names, brands, and photos shown on the site are illustrative used for product identification purposes. Product images may differ slightly in color, size, or accessory products shown from the product shipped.


3) Prices of the products

3.1) The purchase prices of the products, are those resulting from the price list at the time of the order, unless discounts are applied due to explicit promotions or agreed.

3.2) Product prices may be changed at any time by simple publication on this site. However, the prices applied will be those in force at the time the order is sent regardless of their possible subsequent variations.

3.3) Product prices include value added tax (VAT) and will be increased by shipping costs. Please read Section 6 "Order Fulfillment and Product Shipments" for details on shipping rates for each country.

3.4) Prices are displayed in euro currencies.


4) Orders

4.1) Orders on www.sabaithaispa.com can be placed at any time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Shopping at sabaithaispa.com is very easy, just follow the directions below:

4.2) You are bound to your order once you click on the "submit order" button. By clicking on this button we receive your order as displayed on the final screen. Once we receive your order, an automatic acknowledgement will be displayed containing your order number and purchase details. The purchase agreement is thus concluded. A copy of the confirmation receipt will be sent to your e-mail address.

4.3) Sabai Thai Srl reserves the right not to accept an order or to cancel an order even after the initial acceptance, without any liability for costs or damages in general arising therefrom, in the following cases:

the billing information is not correct or verifiable.

impossibility of delivery to the address provided (e.g. wrong address, customer unavailability).

4.4) We will send you confirmation of invoicing by e-mail as soon as the product leaves our warehouse. If you would like the invoice in paper format please contact Customer Service ("Contact Us" section). Postage costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

4.5) You can check the status of your order online in the "Order Status" section.

The order will be defined in the following types:

In preparation (the order has been received but not yet shipped)

Shipped (the ordered items have been delivered to the courier)

Cancelled (the order has been cancelled).


5) Payments

5.1) To make payment you can use:

PayPal

Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, PostePay.

Advance transfer

The shipment of the goods takes place only after the amount paid has been credited to our bank account. The data for making the transfer will be sent by email following the placing of the order.

The cost of the transfer depends on the conditions set by your bank.

Note: payments other than those expressly stated are not accepted. Please do not attempt to pay in ways other than those specified. Sabai Thai Ltd. and its representatives assume no liability for loss of payment or other consequential damages resulting from failure to comply with this provision.


5.2) Payment Procedure:

If you pay by credit/debit card, the amount due to your account is deducted as soon as you have made the purchase.

Every purchase is made in maximum security through the use of the most advanced technological and coding systems using the Paypal system


6)Order Fulfillment and Product Shipment.

6.1) Sabai Thai Ltd. ships Monday through Friday, except for holidays and long weekends. Orders received by 2:30 pm are shipped within the same day, others will be shipped the next business day. 3 conditions must be met for an order to be considered fulfillable:

Has been received online or by phone with all correct details.

Has been registered for payment on our systems,

All products are physically in stock.

The reported product availability may not correspond to the actual stock in the warehouse.

In the event that an order contains a product that is not physically in stock, it will be the responsibility of Sabai Thai Srl to promptly notify the customer, however within a maximum of 5 working days, to make them aware of the situation and proceed to resolve the problem as follows:

Wait for delivery of the complete order as soon as possible.

Replace the missing product with an alternative product.

Cancel the order of the missing product and request that products in stock be sent. Sabai Thai Srl will refund any amounts already paid by the customer related to the cancelled product.

Cancel the order, Sabai Thai Ltd. will make a refund of any amounts anticipated by the customer.

Request partial delivery and the balance of any missing amounts as soon as possible, which is a solution subject to approval by Sabai Thai ltd.


6.2) The products ordered will be delivered to the address given by the buyer when ordering.

It is advisable to leave a manned address (home or work) for certain and a telephone number to use in case of need.

Delivery is made by courier selected by Sabai Thai srl usually in 24/48 from the time the package leaves the Sabai Thai Srl warehouse.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday during business hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

No deliveries are made to post office boxes/stop mail.

Deliveries are usually made with a return receipt to be signed, exceptions are made for states where a different delivery procedure is in place to be agreed upon prior to sending the material.

Shipments can be made Italy, if the given address cannot be reached by shipping partners the order will be canceled and money refunded to the customer.

The standard delivery service provides for it to be made street level, without telephone notice or special arrangements on delivery times and methods.

Any additional services can be arranged and paid for prior to delivery.

Some hard-to-reach locations have an additional delivery charge. In this case, Sabai Thai Ltd. reserves the right to request payment of the appropriate charge before shipping. The customer may refuse this surcharge and request cancellation of the order with a refund of the amounts paid.

In the event that the courier fails to make the delivery for reasons not attributable to its work or that of Sabai Thai srl the customer will have 5 days to contact the courier itself or the offices of Sabai Thai srl to solve the problem after this period the goods will be automatically returned to the warehouse resulting in cancellation of the order and refund of amounts paid by the customer except for the cost of standard shipping doubled that will be retained by Sabai Thai srl as reimbursement for expenses incurred.

In Italy, delivery is free of charge if the amount of the order exceeds € 59.50 (vat included), € 8.00 for orders up to 59.49

International shipping has a cost of €60.00

Upon receipt of the goods, the buyer is required to check:

that the package is intact, not damaged or tampered with; if not, please do not collect the goods and do not sign any receipt document.

That the number of packages received corresponds to what is indicated in the letter/terminal from the carrier. 


6.3) If at the time of delivery the product is damaged, defective or visibly tampered with, you are advised not to pick up the goods and not to sign any receipt document. You must give notice to Sabai Thai Ltd. no later than 7 working days from the date of receipt of goods. In the "Contact Us" section, there are all the references to be able to communicate with our customer service. If the number of parcels does not match the number of parcels reported in the carrier's letter/terminal, please sign the waybill only for the quantity of parcels actually received. Thereafter, please notify us, no later than 7 working days from the date of receipt of goods, of the number of missing packages via the "Contact Us" section.


6.4) The signing of the delivery note by the customer shall be understood as an attestation of the conformity of the products to the order and of the positive execution of the verification referred to in point 6.2.


7) Any discrepancies and warranty discipline for defects in the Products.

7.1) The purchaser shall, under penalty of forfeiture, report any defects in the products within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the products. Any defects or malfunctions of the products must be reported to Sabai Thai Srl.  Complaints will be effective only if specified in writing, by e-mail in the "Contact Us" section of the Site.

7.2) Sabai Thai Ltd. assumes no responsibility for any defects or malfunctions of products purchased through www.sabaithaispa.com .

7.3) In the event of a dispute of discrepancies, the withdrawal of the same by Sabai Thai srl shall not be construed as an admission or adherence to the purchaser's complaints.

7.4 Sabai Thai s.r.l. will evaluate the merits of the disputes, providing to notify the buyer by e-mail, within the period of 7 working days from receipt of the disputes themselves, its assessment.

7.5) If the buyer's objections are found to be well-founded, Sabai Thai srl will be obliged to replace the dissimilar or defective products, excluding any form of compensation or indemnity.


8) Procedure and Conditions of Return

You may return any product purchased on sabaithaispa.com with reference to Legislative Decree 206/2005 within 14 working days from the date of delivery as well as Legislative Decree 21/2014, following the following procedure:

Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them.

Send an email to [email protected] specifying the reasons for the return/exchange and the order number.

Prepare the package and send it to: Sabai Thai Spa Via XX Settembre 115 - 24122 Bergamo . You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

You will receive a confirmation email when we accept your return, within 3 business days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. Please note that we can only refund/replace correctly returned products.

You can only ship your return from the country where you placed your order.


Return Refund

In the event that you do not want to replace the goods, we will process the refund.

After our warehouse has received the return and checked that all requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email.

The time for the refund depends on the payment method used:

credit or debit card purchase: our Bank will process the refund within 7 business days after our confirmation email. The time it takes to see the refund on your account may vary and depends on the institution that issued the card.

Purchase with Advance Wire Transfer payment: the refund will be made by wire transfer to a bank or postal account you provide to us. Send us an email to [email protected], specifying your account information (account holder and IBAN code). Our Bank will make refunds within 7 working days of our request, and the refunded amount will be visible in a few days on your bank statement.

PayPal payment: the refund will be visible within 24 hours from when you receive our confirmation email.


9) Consumer Warnings.

9.1) The Company SabaiThai srl is not the manufacturer of the products marketed through the website www.sabaithaispa.com

Terms and conditions of purchase Gift Voucher

The Gift Voucher is valid for six months from the date of issue

The Gift Voucher for packages, massages or beauty treatments can be used every day of the week, subject to mandatory reservations, subject to availability, at the contacts indicated on the Voucher. The Spa area, then the service of Minipool, Turkish Bath and Whirlpool can be purchased only if accompanied by a massage of at least 30 minutes, since these are services for exclusive and private use

Once the payment is completed you will receive via email, at the address indicated at the time of purchase; the tax receipt, or invoice if requested, and the coupon to be printed and given to the beneficiary.

Provision - Use - Validity of Services

Virtual Shipping - For services for which the customer will have chosen the virtual shipping option, a voucher will be sent to the email address(es) indicated by the consumer.

Use and validity of vouchers - In order to take advantage of the services of a voucher it must be delivered by the user to the reception of the chosen facility at the time of taking advantage of the services contained therein.

In order to take advantage of the service provision, a reservation and the presentation and delivery of the voucher is required. It is therefore necessary to follow the rules on reservations.

Unless otherwise explicitly imprinted or written on the vouchers, whether virtual or ordinary, they are valid for six months from the date of issuance, after which time the right to use the services permanently lapses. No refund is due for unused services. In the case of several services included in the same voucher these may be used on different days within the limits of the expiration date.

In case of loss, theft, damage, non-use or expiration of the voucher the consumer will not be entitled to any refund.
