Take preferably before main meals, 3 g per day, corresponding to 1 scoop or 6 capsules.

In the case of high oxidative stress it is possible to double the dose

In the first 2 weeks of taking it is recommended to start with the lowest dosage.

Compositum Zeolite can be taken with still non-carbonated water, but also with milk, yogurt, juices and fruit juices.

There are no aromas or flavor corrector in the product.
